Linocuts, using linoleum or lino, grew popular in the 1930s as a softer and lighter alternative to woodcuts.
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of preparing your image, carving a linoblock, inking and printing. All the tips to achieving good prints.
All materials and tools will be provided. Tea and cake too. No experience needed, just come with an open and curious mind. You’ll bring home your very own linoblock and 6 linoprints.
